מתחילים בלהחליט. עד כמה אתם רוצים את זה?

לאחרונה יצא לי הרבה לחשוב על ההתחלה שלי בעולם הספורט. איך התחלתי להתאמן לפני הרבה שנים, איך התחלתי לרוץ, התחלתי לעשות יוגה, התחלתי להרים משקולות. בצעד הראשון הזה יש תמיד היסוס מלווה בריגוש, חשש, דאגה – האם אני אצליח? ובכלל, לפני זה, האם אני צריך את זה? רוצה את זה?
אני זוכרת את שיעור היוגה הראשון שלי. ראיתי את כולם כל כך ארוכים וגמישים מגיעים עם יד אחת לצד השני של הגוף, כמו גומי שנמתח ונמתח ויכול להגיע לכל מקום. ובמקביל כולם כל כך חזקים – שוהים בתנוחות שניות ארוכות, נושמים לתוכן, והמורה משננת לנשום, להביט פנימה, לא להשוות לאחר, אבל קשה שלא. ובסוף השיעור כולם עומדים על הראש, בקלילות, בנועם, עם נשימות. ואני? איפה אני? לא יכולה להפסיק להסתכל עליהם בהערצה וקנאה. לא רואה איך אני עומדת על הראש בעוד עשור. והיום? אני אמנם לא האדם הכי גמיש, ויש לי עוד עבודה, אבל גאה לומר שאני מתרגלת מן המניין. כולל עמידת ראש 🙂
אני זוכרת שהתחלתי לרוץ “ברצינות”.
עוד בתקופת הצבא הייתי רצה – הייתי קצינה ושירתתי רחוק מהבית אז הייתי רצה בבסיס. מסביב לבסיס, לא משהו מסודר או קבוע, כשיצא וכמה זמן שיצא. עוד לא היה לי את ה”חיידק” של היום (הטירוף יש יגידו) של למדוד כל צעד, כל דקת ריצה, קצב, מהירות, זמן, מרחק. כשהשתחררתי החלטתי להרשם למכון כושר. התחלתי עם שיעורי ספינינג, אירובי רצפה ומדרגה, שעות על האליפטי… ותמיד הסתכלתי על מכונת הריצה כאל משהו מאיים ומפחיד. אתגר. עד היום שהחלטתי לעלות עליו.
זה התחיל מדקה של ריצה, עלה לשתיים, חמש, עשר, פתאום הקילומרים עלו, הנשימה הסתדרה, הקצב עלה, פתאום מצאתי את עצמי רצה רצוף שעה. 10 ק”מ ויותר. רצה במכון, רצה בחוץ. גיליתי עולם חדש, גיליתי את מה ששנים אחר כך (15 שנים אחרי!), התגלה בתור ה-מתנה שלי לעצמי.
זה לקח זמן. זה לא קרה ביום. אבל הנחישות וההתמדה שלי – היו המפתח להצלחה.
זה אף פעם לא קל הצעד הראשון הזה.
לא כשמתחילים ללכת כתינוקות, לא כשמתחילים שינוי תזונתי, כשמתחילים לרוץ או להרים משקולות.
הצעד הראשון הוא לא פשוט אבל אני לא אעשה אותו בשבילכם. אף פעם.
אני אלווה אתכם, מהרגע שתקבלו את ההחלטה. אני אעזור לכם בכל שלב בתהליך ואפילו בבחירת המטרה עוד לפני שמתחילים. אתמוך בכם, אהיה שם לפרגן ולעזור.

אשחרר כשתצטרכו קצת ספייס ואציק כשאדע שאתם צריכים את ה”פוש” הזה.
אסמס לכם להתעורר ואוודא שאתם הולכים לישון בשעה סבירה לפני אימון בוקר מוקדם, אוודא שאתם אוכלים טוב, מזין, בריא, שאתם מקפידים על כל אבות המזון, שותים מספיק מים.
אפגוש אתכם לאימון בחמש בבוקר או בעשר בלילה.
בשישי, ערב חג, ואפילו בשבת וחג. אהיה זמינה עבורכם תמיד.
אשלח לכם תוכנית אם תרצו או לא תצליחו להפגש לאימון.
ארוץ איתכם, אלך איתכם, אתקן אתכם בסקוואט, בדד ליפט, ובכל תרגיל אחר שנבצע.
