אז אחרי שסלחנו לעצמנו בכיפור הגיע הזמן להתחיל להתכנס ליעדים לשנה שהתחילה, או לפחות לתקופה הקרובה.
אני החלטתי לקחת לי כל מיני יעדים בתחומים שונים ולעבוד כדי להשיג אותם.
שמתי לב שהרבה מאיתנו חווים קשיים בהתמדה ובסבלנות עד שהם מגיעים ליעד, כל יעד, בכל תחום שהוא.
אני חושבת שהבעיה נעוצה בעולם האינסטנט בו אנחנו חיים.
כולם מצפים לרוץ מהר, להיות גמישים מהר, חכמים, מפורסמים, רזים, הכל בשנייה. בגלל שזה מה שהם רואים מסביב.
אדם אלמוני נכנס לריאלטי והופ תוך חודש נהיה סלב, אנחנו רוצים לדעת משהו – פותחים את גוגל והופ יודעים.
פעם זה לא היה ככה. כוכבי ילדים היו כאלה שכיכבו שנים בערוץ הילדים, מידע היינו משיגים מספרים, בבית או בספרייה, אבל בוודאות לקח לנו יותר זמן והשקעה להשיג אותו.
וככה אנחנו מצפים גם לראות תוצאות בתחומים אחרים.
מצפים לרזות 10 קילו תוך חודש (אם לא פחות)
לרוץ עשרה קילומטר – תוך 10 שבועות
ולהצליח בתרגילי גמישות תוך שבוע.
לצערי זה לא עובד ככה.
סבלנות, התמדה ועבודה קשה הם המפתח ותהליך איכותי לוקח זמן.
אז קחו אוויר, ואחרי שקבעתם יעד ריאלי, תשקיעו בו ברצינות, ותתמידו.
התוצאות יגיעו. בזמן הנכון.
מה היעד שלי? להשתפר גם בגמישות ולהצליח לעשות עמידת ידיים.
מה אני עושה בשביל זה?
מכניסה תרגולי יוגה , כולל כמה דקות לעמידת ידיים כל פעם, פעמיים בשבוע ללוז, ועוד אימונים ספונטניים של עמידות ידיים עם חימום טוב פעמיים נוספות במהלך השבוע.
גם עמידת ראש לקחה לי המון זמן, אבל התחלתי לתרגל, ובסוף כל שיעור יוגה תרגלתי עמידת ראש, עד שהצלחתי.
בהתחלה ליד קיר. ובעזרת המורה. ואז בלי. וניסיתי וניסיתי שוב, ונפלתי. ונפלתי שוב. אבל לא התייאשתי. אבל גם לא קפצתי לעמידת ראש. תרתי משמע.
מה הכוונה בלקפוץ לעמידת ראש? פיזית, יש אנשים שמניחים את הראש ופשוט קופצים, ואני לא יכולה להסביר לכם כמה שזה לא נכון ואפילו מסוכן – לעמוד השדרה, למפרקת, לגב, לראש.
אז איך עושים את זה, מתחילים בהבנה שזה לוקח זמן.
בתמונות למטה ובהסבר תוכלו לראות מה עושים שלב אחרי שלב. (יש גם סרטון בטאב הסרטונים)
- מניחים את הידיים במשולש ואת הראש בתוך המשולש
- שמים לב שהנקודה של הראש שמונחת על הרצפה היא קודקוד הראש, הנקודה הכי גבוהה בראש
- מטיילים עם הרגליים עד שהישבן נמצא בדיוק מעל הראש
- נושמים ומכניסים את הבטן
בנקודה הזו, כשזה נכון לגוף והבטן מספיק מוחזקת, הרגליים פשוט מתרוממות
אפשר לבצע את זה ליד קיר בשביל הבטחון בהתחלה, אבל אני ממליצה לאט לאט להתרחק ממנו כדי למנוע את הקפיצה אל עמידת הראש.
